Shipping
All items will be shipped through the US Mail First Class and will be insured. Gravel pails include Priority shipping at no extra charge.
If you would like priority shipping please on items other than the gravel pails, add $5.00. For express mail US $20.00. Let us know in the special request box on the order form and your card will be charged the extra amount. If you Paypal, please paypal the extra shipping amount to macsgems@aol.com.
Shipping to Canada is sent First class at no extra charge.
International orders are shipped free, but this does not include insurance. Some countries allow insurance and others do not, if you would like your package insured where allowed, please email for a price quote for shipping.
We are not responsible for international orders that are lost in the mail.
Shipping Time
Most items will be shipped within 48 hours. Special orders and rings that need to be sized as well as white gold requests may take 2 - 4 weeks.
Returns
We will accept returns within 10 days. Merchandise must be received by us in the same condition as it was received by you. Refunds is for purchase price minus $10 restocking fee, which will be refunded on your next order. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
International Orders
International orders are shipped free, but this does not include insurance. Some countries allow insurance and others do not, if you would like your package insured where allowed, please email for a price quote for shipping.
International orders are shipped at your own risk and you must send an email stating that you are aware of this. International credit card orders must be shipped to the same billing address as the credit card billing address. Please be aware if your country has a handling charge and any taxes. I have no control over these charges once I ship.
We are not responsible for lost international orders, the U.S. postal service does not insure international jewelry and gem items to certain countries. These are shipped at your own risk.
We do not send credit card orders to Nigeria! We do not accept Cashiers checks over the amount of purchase!
